Fine. I can take a hint. And I don't think I bloody care anymore anyway.

I think I'm going for a walk. Sudden urge to go out in the middle of the night and make a snowman.

Terry? If you get tired of having the room to yourself, you could come give me a hand with it, if you want.

I do hope that you returned to Gryffindor prior to curfew, Ginny. As Head Girl, it is my duty to remind you, although as Gryffindor sixth year Prefect you should already be aware of this, that curfew for fifth year students and above is eleven o'clock in the evening. I would be loathe to remove house points for a curfew violation. However, I will not hesitate to do so if the situation calls for it as curfew is a clearly defined rule. Said rule, as well as all others by which Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry students are expected to abide, is to be upheld by students in positions of authority to set an example for the others.

Oh, good grief.

We were back by eleven.

Thanks, Hermione. It's good to be reminded what's really important in the world.

I am only fulfilling my Head Girl duties by reminding you of such things. It isn't as though I take a great deal of pleasure in reprimanding my friends, Ginny.

Ginny... Please don't take it personally.

I'm not, actually. I'm disappointed. Wouldn't you be?

I've got to go take Hannah a jumper. We can talk later, if you want to.

Disappointed? Disappointed that I'm performing my duties as Head Girl?

No, I wouldn't be. I would take such a reminder to heart and do well to better abide by the rules.

If you aren't terribly cross with me, I would be more than happy to talk with you.

Of course you would. You'd make Ron and Harry do the same, of course. I mean, you always have. Not that I'd know, as I'm generally supposed to be in bed by the time anything important occurs.

I wasn't trying to schedule an appointment for counseling, Hermione. I just thought you might want to do something.

My curfew is the same as yours.

I didn't mean to sound as though we ought to meet for a counselling session.
