(no subject)
well... this weekend was...
ok, friday was cool I got off work and hit up Zacks new house. he moved in with his girl friend Natalie. they had a pizza party. I met a bunch of cool new people, and every body played porn pictionary. it was pretty funny. after that I played texas holdem with Kenya, and Ruby. I actually won. score!
later that night my dad called, his girlfriend Beverly died a few nights ago. it wasn't sudden or anything. she'd had several strokes and had been completely incapacitated for about a year...
that sucked. Beverly was cool to me. I ended off the night in a philosophical/spiritual discussion.
saturday wins the suckiest day of the year award. work called me and told me I had to come into work... I thought that was odd cause my license had expired and I cannot legally draw blood right now. well they assured me that there was another phlebotomist on call. they lied. they scheduled me by accident, and once I got in they told me that if I didn't draw blood for them then they would transfer me to the night shift. I told them flat out that I wasn't going to break the law and face criminal charges just because they screwed up on the schedule. I didn't. the lady who does the scheduling was the one asking me to break the law. she had to come in and cover for me. she was pissed at me for ruining her weekend. I can do a lot of work at the lab but phlebotomy isn't one of them.

either way it's bad for the pot.
well my saturday went to pot.
I've got to gain another pearl of wisdom in all of this or I'm going to go crazy. everytime somthing pisses me off there's always an epiphany to be gained from it...
In the mean time I've been sending out my applications. I don't care where I work I just don't want to work at PAL anymore.
soooo.... right now I'm going to watch an episode of south park. send out another application to GE and go to sleep.
