The Happiness Experiment

Haven't used this journal regularly in AGES, but have been kind of obsessed with positive psychology lately, and they have some real practices that one can do in order to "reprogram your brain to scan the world for the positive first" -- so I'm going to try that here. For the next thirty days (at least), I'm committed to posting the following daily: 
- 3 things I'm grateful for in the last 24 hours
- A reflection on something positive that happened in the last 24 hours
And we'll see how happy I am.
