Where to begin?
The only new anime I am following is Binbougami-ga!, which is a satire show about a Mary Sue that sucks-up people's happiness. Naturally, this throws the balance of the world off, so Poverty God Momiji appears to set right what went wrong. Parodied series include Naruto, Doraemon, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
I went to a minor family reunion today. I got into a discussion with some first cousins once-removed about the resurrection of smallpox, polio, and other old diseases in children. This is believed to be related to the rejection of vaccinations. We discussed how some parents, especially among the alt crowd, reject vaccines on the basis of their association with autism and other effects. One of my cousins told a story of her alerting some acquaintances who subscribed to that idea with the fact that the London doctor who presented that link falsified his data; their beliefs were based on a lie. The parents continued to follow them despite the evidence. They are currently using chelation therapy for their unvaccinated child's problem. Talk was made of whether that constitutes child negligence. Talk was made of whether that counted as child abuse.
Talk was also made of whether she should get involved.
I've been glued to Tumblr. When commuting, I like to just whip-out my iPhone and surf tags of a questionable nature and see where that leads me. I also follow around thirty blogs as of this writing that tend to be inspired places where I can harvest good visuals and ideas. Let me plug some here!

Just miscellanea to round-out this update. I had planned on making the family section longer with a more in-depth talk of psychological scarring and a bloodstained lineage, but I found I didn't have the heart to so much as type the words. It would have also been ostentatious (I was going to title this "Lingering Sense of Pain," a reference to a KnK episode).
I am usually online on a desktop at midnight Pac time on nights when I am not having an outing, or early morning (3-4) otherwise. Expect my Tumblrs to be updated at those times.
