(no subject)
I have a ton of work, it's raining, my umbrella broke on the way home from class tonight and I don't have any food. Why am I in a good mood? My mommy and the big guy are coming up this weekend! It's parent's weekend but they aren't really into the whole let's go to workshops all weekend about what you do everyday. They're coming Saturday morning, probably leaving Saturday night, my dad isn't really into the whole city/parent's weekend thing, he'd just rather me come home haha. But anyways I'm going to show them around Brooklyn and then go shopping in Manhattan woowoo, my mama's idea haha. Eventually we'll meet up with Lindsay's parents for dinner, I think at this really cute little french place in Fort Greene. Lalala I'm really excited :)
Reason number two for my happiness is that the projector broke in survey this afternoon so we missed out on a good hour of class until we moved to this shit room in the creative arts therapy department. So we were suppose to have our midterm next week but sigh oh sigh we didn't get all the notes that she had hoped to get in so we're having the midterm the week after next. I also got a 58 out of 60 on our first quiz, thanks Dr. K! Haha
Reason number three is Project Runway's finale is FINALLY on tonight. It wasn't on the week after the last episode and the last week's episode was that stupid reunion special. So finally it's time to see who wins.
Reason number four, my mommy got me these really cute rainboots from J. Crew. We've been looking for a good pair ever since I left for school, but no luck. She texted me the other day and said, "I found you the perfect pair of rainboots from J.Crew, they'll be shipping in November." So I looked up on the site and found them and they're SO cute but expensive :/ I don't know why she bought them, but I guess she was in a good mood! Haha
