Young Americans or awesome pseudogayness at its best
So I tried the Vampire Diaries and got through ten minutes before I got so bored I had to change the channel. Guys, it is so DULL. I like to think that I require very few things in order to enjoy television, mainly attractive characters that don't sound like they're talking out of their asses. Vampire Diaries? The only one I find attractive is the evil brother whose entrance I didn't even get to see because by then I was WAAAY too bored.
So I said, Fuck this shit. But THEN I was browsing F-lists and I came across this post about this show called Young Americans which had Ian Somerhalder (aka Evil Brother) and was about a group of wealthy boys who went to this all boys school. So I checked the show out with a serious case of trepidation. And yes, for the most part, the show is about young, white, rich American boys and their heaps of emo ( AKA Shit I do not care about.) BUT THEN WE HIT THE MOTHERLOAD. One of the boys is actually a girl crossdressing as a guy!!!!! And she becomes best friends with this one guy ( IS's character) and they fall in love before she even tells him she's a girl!!! ...AMERICA YOU DO ME PROUD. How can I not love that sort of stuff????
I do have to say that a whole, the show feels like it's made up of two separate shows. One very boring series about white males and...I don't know..their issues. Somewhere along the line, we have Kate Bosworth and shit gets more annoying. I kinda skipped that part. AND THEN we have The Awesome UST Show between Ian "I would tap that like a leaky faucet" Somerhalder and his new best friend whom he's totally in love with but doesn't actually know has boobies! I LOOOOOOOVED THE SECOND SHOW AS CAN BE SEEN THROUGH MY EXCESSIVE USE OF CAPITAL LETTERS.

Okay so this vid is kinda strange, but it was this or Beyonce. And yes, the hairstyles are unfortunate. I can acknowledge that.
