City Hunter ep 11

WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK.

Okay, I'm sure she's alright. Well, I'm pretty sure she'll be alright because there's no way any decent writer would kill off the female lead in an episode that isn't the finale. That being said, I think I just shortened my life by about seven years. Those last ten minutes were absolutely the best things I've seen in a drama yet. Yes it was all fighting, but how often do you get a scene where the female lead frees herself and then has to go back and save the male lead's ass by taking on about five men at a time and then takes  bullet for the male lead in the same place where she'd shot him just a couple of episodes back. Just writing that sentence made me seal clap, so imagine watching that unfold in all its glory. I'm so in love with this show its not even funny.

Also like I said, I'm almost 100% sure they wouldn't kill off Nana, but there's this tiny part (very tiny) that's absolutely horrified by the prospect of the writer having gone crazy.

I'm genuinely impressed that Nana is a certified badass in her own right. I mean I shouldn't be surprised since she is serving as a body guard for the President's daughter and I'm sure you need to know more than a spin kick to get that position, but I was so sure they were gonna go the route of having her weakly try to defend herself before bringing in YS to save her. Imagine my surprise when she kicks the door down like motherfucking Bruce Lee and knocks everyone on their asses.

And Jesus, the horror on YS's face when Nana got shot was devastating. It was like a nightmare come to life and, okay, there was another seal clap when he started pummeling the guy who shot her. I mean it's hilarious in a really horrible way that after he pushed her away and tried so hard to detach himself from her so Undaddy wouldn't kill her, that the person involved with her kidnapping had nothing to do with him at all. That's just cruel.

Thank god there's another episode tomorrow. That is all.

flail, dramas, seal clap
