So, I'm watching the Tony's now. And I realise I kind of fell out of the big theatre dorkness I was once was a part of. We'll say I've just matured -- or something.
I realise I really wanna learn all I can about theatre production in all aspects, so that I can go and work and succeed. I realise while watching this (on and off, Family Guy and American Dad are important too!) that it may become very tough as a black man to get in on the acting scene. Well, I'll get in anyways. I'll manage to do it all, and do it well.
Just thought I'd share.
In other news, I got a haircut. Now I have red/dark brown swirls in my hair.
I applied for work at Blockbuster and tried to apply at the photo studio in wal mart. I'll apply at the Eckerd down the street tomorrow.
I got a scholarship application, but I don't think I'll be able to complete it. :S
Guess who may not return to Eckerd? Yeah. Me. Fuck it. Damn I hate this expensive school. Well, we'll see. I'm sure my madre wasn't too serious.
Oh, I notice few actors thank God "first and foremost." And I didn't know Denzel did a wicked cool revival of Julius Ceasar -- with a more modern look.
Oh, and cool new shows: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Spamalot and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, A Gem in the Ocean, and Doubt.
