New Update (as of March 27): I am happy to announce that I will be making all my posts public again! yayyyy!! As promised, I waited for their video to came out and when I saw what angle they were taking on fanfic I was happy to see that it was not at all criticizing. Honestly they didn't even address any specific fanfics. EYK has said they will ask permission from authors before they use any stories. So, yay! All the panic is over! I'm excited that everyone will hopefully become public and start updating again. As for me... I'm trying my best! Thank you, again, for understanding. You guys are the best <3
Update: I've decided to f-lock all my entries until further notice. I've been hearing EYK will not be asking permission from individual authors to use their work and I don't even know if any of my readers have taken note of my wishes to not submit my stories. I hate to do this but it will NOT be forever!! I'll unlock them soon and hopefully I'll actually have a Halfling update by then! You can add me if you want and I will add back, though. All my stories on AFF have been set to subscribers only in case anyone follows me there as well. Thank you all so much for understanding <333
Hey guys! It's come to my attention that Eat Your Kimchi will be doing a fan fiction focused video for their youtube channel. While I have no problem with EYK in general, I really don't know what angle they are taking on fics. I'm told that they are asking for fans to submit stories for them to discuss in their videos. I'd like to request you DO NOT submit any of my stories to EYK! I do not feel comfortable having my stories broadcast like that, especially if it will be in a critical manner. Or, really, at all.
So, in short, please do not submit my name/stories to EYK. And, in the future, if there is anything else that you want to submit my stories to please ask first.
