The Eighties (bold the ones you've done)

1. You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCH!" or could speak "Valley Girl" or said "Dude" or "Wicked" a lot.
2. You watched (and owned) the Pound Puppies, or stuck your Garfield or Grimm plushie to your parent's car window and/or had a talking Teddy Ruxpin doll.
3. You remember "Manimal" and were in love with Vicent from "Beauty and the Beast".
4. You wore biker shorts under your skirts and felt stylish, or had mini-skirts.
5. You had every flavor of Scratch-N-Sniff stickers.
6. You owned Strawberry Shortcake pals scented dolls, Cabbage Patch Dolls, troll dolls or Monchichis.
7. You know that "WOAH" comes from Joey on Blossom.
8. You remember the advent of "New Wave" and the kids in your school were divided into groups of freaks, nerds, preps, jocks, ropers, mod-squadders and skinheads...and you were a geek back when it wasn't cool to be one.
9. You've ever watched "Fraggle Rock".
10. You had plastic streamers on your handle bars and a banana seat.
11. You can sing the entire theme songs to various 80's cartoons.
12. You remember when it was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday to watch cartoons.
13. You wore a ponytail on the side of your head.
14. You saw the original "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" on the big screen.
15. You remember watching the Shuttle Challenger explosion at school.
16. You made your Mom buy one of those clips that would hold your shirt in a knot on the side.
17. You know where the phrase "The Plane! The Plane!" comes from.
18. You wore a Jordache Jean jacket and you were proud of it.
19. L.A. Gear...Ocean Pacific...Banana Republic...Izod...Vans...
20. You know who the "Brat Pack" is.
21. You remember reading "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" and all the Ramona books, as well as the "Choose Your Own Adventure" books.
22. You know the profound meaning of "WAX ON, WAX OFF."
23. You wanted to be a Goonie and/or also had a crush on Matthew Broderick, Tom Cruise and Micheal J. Fox.
24. You ever wore fluorescent clothing, elf boots, leg warmers, stirrup pants, tons of bangles, really big hoop earings, twista-beads, silver heart jewelry, silver-blue eyeshadow, or crimped your frizzed hair.
25. You can remember what Michael Jackson looked like before his nose fell off, and even back when he was part of the Jackson 5.
26. You have pondered why Smurfette was the only female smurf and wondered where Baby Smurf came from.
27. You took lunch pails to school, usually emblazoned with cartoon or movie chars.
28. You remember the CRAZE, then the BANNING of slap bracelets.

33. You thought your childhood friends would never leave because you exchanged friendship bracelets/pins.

49. You know what it meant to say "Care Bear Stare!"
50. You remember watching Rainbow Brite, Gummi Bears and My Little Ponies.
51. You can sing the theme songs to most 80's sitcoms by heart, as well as every Schoolhouse Rock song.
52. You remember Alf, and even had an Alf plushie (or an E.T. plushie).
53. You remember New Kids on the Block.
54. You knew all the characters' names and their life stories on "DeGrassi High".
55. You know all the words to Bon Jovi - YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME.
56. You owned a Noid and/or Spuds McKenzie t-shirt, plushie or other paraphenalia.
57. You know where the phrase "Where's the Beef?" comes from.
58. You played Pac Man, Q*Bert, Dig-Dug, Dragon's Lair and Centipede at the arcade and/or had an Atari TV game console at home so that you could play Frogger, Pitfall and Donkey Kong.
59. You owned a Commodore 64 or Amiga 1000.
60. You chatted on BBS's (and later Compuserve) long before the web came along.

Mira, how could you not know what Care Bear Stare meant? That's just WORNG.
