So merry christmas/happy holidays... whatever.
It's good to be home... also quite relaxing because I don't have to get my ass up to go to work until the 3rd of January.
Of course the first few days of vacation have been spent with Melis.
I didn't feel well yesterday (i was dizzy and my stomach was being a bitch... i'll throw a spazz if the gallstones decide to give me trouble again) so I didn't go to the Berkowitz' Christmas party (where I would have gotten a bit drunk, I'm sure) or to the grandparents.
I couldn't fall asleep last night, plus I had to print out photos for my dad's gift.
I was awoken at the ungodly hour of 9:30 to open gifts. I got nice things. A cute little speaker/ipod dock thingy from Momma Jann plus a pretty new purple duffle bag. I've already dove into a new novel I had picked out for myself as a gift. i fell back to sleep only to be awoken again by melissa, so we could exchange gifts. i took another nap til dinner at 5:30
We had some wine with christmas dinner, and i'm currently downing my 2nd mudslide, a delicious dessert provided by big davey.
so that was my christmas.
i hope all is well for everyone. i'm off to top off this drink and read my new Philip Roth novel.
