oh.. thats sad.. why dont you put up speakers specifically in such a place that you hear it less than the upstairs neighbours? And play it when your upstairs neighbours are asleep? do unto others what they do unto you.
that reminds me.. my music is a bit loud.. i bet people don't like it in my dorm.. gotta be sympathetic

earplugs? they helped me for a while. problems happen with alarm clocks tho.

"Phantom of the Opera". Plays very well at full volume and sounds bitchin. (As bitchin as a musical can sound, anyways).
