dream street
First off, the highlight of my day was when the music video to dream street popped up. funniest thing I've ever seen. I was like sitting in my office cracking up. so funny.
let's see....well....not a lot going on. I'm speaking on sunday. speaking of, I need to start writing that. it's on that scripture in Malachi. Turning the hearts of the children to their fathers. Somehow the Lord always knows what I need to speak on. Whether it is geneolgy or temple work, I need work on both of those. One of the things I hate most about being in denver is that you can't go to the temple any time you want like you can in provo. Temple's are the greatest. SOOO COOL! I can't wait until I get to go through. only like 5-6 months. weird. never thought that day would be this close.
last night I was gonna go to freaking institute...but I got caught up making cookies w/ my mom and watching the season finale of idol. then i went to the catt's to watch the finale of lost. I promise that I'm not a retard and all I do is watch tv, although it has seemed like that lately. But now that my shows are all on hiadus for the summer...I guess I'll have to resort to something else. perhaps being social, heaven forbid.
Parker and I went on a walk yesterday like any other. I love that kid. he's so cool. So is Jim. I wanna spend more time w/ him. he quit his job today, so that should become more possible starting tomorrow. we don't know where is going work. hahah...dan doerf totally called that one. I tried to have a little more faith in him. oh well. I just want jim to be successful. sometimes I wonder how I have 2 of the laziest brothers when i have the most hard working, dedicated father in the world. hmmmm....
