Once more with Heroes
Remember how I said that I'd started watching Heroes on Friday night? And how I was hoping that I'd manage to make it through the entire series before classes started back on Tuesday?
. . . yeah, I just finished S2.
So, yes. I'm insane. Even though jumping headfirst into a new fandom is probably the last thing I need to do, I'm going to ask for some recs. Vids of any type are awesome. As for fics, well, I'm not really that picky either. Any genre(s), character(s), pairing(s), etc. are fine - let's just, uh, hold off on any incest for now though.
(Admittedly, I'm not as squicked by the idea as I usually am. I don't know if it's because most of the family relationships on this show are so completely messed up at times or if I've simply been in fandom too long. If I start looking up Wincest, Crazy Space Incest, or Weasleycest stories in the future, then we'll know it's the latter - but until then, let's go with the former shall we? For sake of my sanity? Because I'm not quite there yet.)
If you'd like anything more specific, as always I like pretty much all canon pairings. Gen stories are always loved. Um, I love the Petrelli brothers and their relationship (though Nathan's my favorite of the two). Matt/Mohinder + Molly = the most adorable thing ever. Hiro and Ando are awesome. I love the Bennet family, especially the relationship between Noah and Claire. Sylar's interesting, though I'll admit that I don't love him quite as much as some people on my friends list do. I'm intrigued by most of the "older generation" characters. I like Maya (and Alejandro, for that matter), and the extended family of D.L., Niki, Micah, Monica, Uhura Nana, etc. catches my eye as well.
To be honest, there's really not much that I don't like at this point. So, yeah, anything would be great. I definitely have a thing for hurt/comfort, if anyone has any recs along those lines, but I'm really not that picky.
