Quickly Updating
Apparently the phone posts that I made earlier didn't work very well, so let me sum them up briefly:
Tennessee got hit by some more storms, which means our electricity has been out for over three hours. Starting about five minutes after I got home from work. Sadly, this means that any posts related to Doctor Who have been delayed until I get off work tomorrow afternoon.
The night was not all bad, however, since I had my laptop for a few hours, my Star Trek: Deep Space Nine DVDs, pizza, and some Coronas that I was smart enough to pick up on my way home from work. The latter helped relieve some of the pain that came about because of me burning the hell out of my hand.
No, I'm not joking. *makes face* Half of my left hand is still covered in burn cream, and it's going to be a blast trying to get to sleep tonight between my aching hand and my extremely sore ear. (Why is it that, within a few months of my getting my ears pierced, someone at Shoney's always manages to hit me in the head with a tray?) I'm going to have to dig out some gauze or something to put over my hand before I leave for work in the morning, which is going to be even better.
