Honestly? There really aren't any that I'd call favorites. Most of the "classics" I'll watch if there's nothing else on, for nostalgia reasons, but none of them are ones that I go out of my way to find.
The closest thing I have to a "favorite" is the first season episode of The West Wing, "In Excelsis Deo", which is set during the holidays. It's not specifically a "holiday special" like some shows have done, but it's an episode that I really enjoy and try to watch every year.
