Forever
One of the new shows this season is Forever. It airs on ABC and comes on after Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. each week, so I've been seeing promos for it ever since the fall TV season started.
Anyway, I've been considering giving it a chance for awhile. Ioan Gruffudd. Judd Hirsch. A show about an immortal character who's been around for over two hundred years and is currently playing a Sherlock Holmes-esque role for the NYPD? It sounded like something right up my alley. I just, you know, hadn't found the time to watch it since I'd missed the first few episodes (and am not the type of person who can just jump right into a show without watching anything that I've missed first).
And then I saw the trailers for the episode that was going to air this past Tuesday. The hurt/comfort fan in me went "squee!" at them. As did the part of me that enjoys the idea of shirtless!Ioan Gruffudd.
So, uh, I accidentally marathoned the seven episodes that had already aired after I got home from work on Monday. In order for me to be caught up when the new episode aired on Tuesday.
