What if 'Star Wars: Episode I' was good?
Click to viewI've seen several people linking to this video on my circle and friends list, and I have to admit that I would have loved to see that movie. (And I'd seriously love to read that fic, if someone ever writes it.)
I don't have the complete hate that a lot of people have for Episode I (when it came out, I was at that perfect age where I was old enough to appreciate the good parts but young enough to not be completely thrown out of the movie by the bad parts; nowadays, it's surprising what nostalgia and some seriously awesome fix-it fanfiction can get you through), but I definitely wish that its story had been stronger. By a lot.
