Remember that Wall Street Journal article about YA fiction? The one that made most of us see red and want to punch things? jimhines has something to say about genre bashing dumbassery.

Still talking about the upcoming DC reboot, Gail Simone has done an interview related to Barbara Gordon, Batgirl, and Oracle.

Speaking of which, there's finally been some news released when it comes to Jaime Reyes (aka, the third Blue Beetle or, if you prefer, The Most Awesome Character Ever).

In Marvel news, the preview for next week's issue of X-Factor has been posted. ♥ Oh, this series. Is it next Wednesday yet?

I'm, uh, suddenly not feeling the urge to catch up on White Collar after hearing about the recent fail. If you're not quite sure what I'm talking about, tzikeh has things to say about it. I... definitely have issues.

You know those awesome pics of a steampunk laptop that were going around awhile back? The creator is going to start making them to sell. If I win the lottery in the near future, I'm totally buying one.

Of course, if I win the lottery, I'm also paying off all my credit cards. And my school loans. And paying my aunt back the money she lent me. And giving
bodlon lots of money to have top-surgery. And attending as many cons as physically possible. And traveling, there would be lots of traveling. Oh, and quitting my job. That would be the very first move, actually, approximately five seconds after the winning numbers were announced.

... what? A girl can dream, can't she?
