I thought that I posted a link to this back at the beginning of May, when it was first posted, but apparently not. So here, have a link for gyzym's (awesome) 5,000 word rambling essay on bisexuality.
crimsonquills has posted an Introduction to Green Lantern Corps that I highly recommend reading if you think there's even a chance you might want to get into that series. It's one of the handful of comic series that I read regularly (you know, what with the whole "trying to ignore 95% of current DCU/Marvel-616 canon" thing I'm doing right now), so I definitely approve of this pimping post and hope it helps bring a few more fans into the fold. Because I want more people to write me fic, damn it!
Most of you have probably seen this trailer for a movie called 'Green with Envy,' but if you haven't then you really need to watch it. No, really. You need to watch it. Until the end. Or, at the very least, until the 50 seconds mark.
I've had this bookmarked for ages, but I can't remember if I ever posted a link here. If so, well, it never hurts to post a reminder. If not, then go look at the shiny! Two absolutely wonderful female Holmes and Watson cosplayers.
Just a quick reminder that bidding ends tomorrow for the current helpthesouth auctions, so if you were planning on putting in any last minute bids it would probably be a good time to do so. My thread is here, if anyone's interested, though I have to admit it's already gone quite a bit higher than I expected. But there are all sorts of awesome things being offered up!
