Canon Question: Marvel Comics
I have a fairly basic canon question for the Marvel people on my friends.
When it comes to Steve Rogers, everyone knows that he was born on July 4. Several different years have been given as his birth year, though, depending on the canon. I know that I've seen 1917, 1920, 1921, and 1922 given in different comics, and I'm sure that there have probably been a few more years than those listed at some point or another.
My question is this: from your experience, which date seems to be most popular within fandom for 616 Steve?
(Yes, I'm working on fic. Why do you ask? :-P)
