Another Update
And, on the list of things you don't want to hear a doctor tell you: "Huh. That's odd."
Basically, he didn't have a clue what's causing the problem with my ear, though he does think that the pain aspect is coming from the TMJ. He did notice a minor abrasion inside my ear, but we don't have a clue what might of caused it. Still, neither of those explains the slight hearing loss, though, so... yeah.
He told me to take ibuprofen for the pain, so I'm going to do that and try to make an appointment with a physician on Monday if I'm still having problems. (The place I went to was more of a walk-in clinic.) I've already called work and told them not to expect me the rest of the weekend.
