moving social medias...again............
thus is the life of the internet...I feel like LJ has been witness to just so many of my moves to various social media sites without ever truly dying - tho it definitely isn't what it used to be here. LJ's heyday was a long time ago now.
tumblr has shit the bed, at least in my eyes. I'd already been more active on my twitter, but with tumblr banning nsfw I think it's time to truly cute ties with the site. like, sorry, I work in the sex industry. that ain't great!!!
my new(ish) blogging site is gonna be dreamwidth. I registered the account years ago but tumblr was still reigning supreme, so it was pretty much a placeholder. until now!! fandom activity is definitely picking up on there, and I'm all for it!! I'd forgotten how much I loved that style of blogging platform.
I also have a pillowfort, but that's still very much in beta. so I'm just keeping it...for now......until it's ready for joy.
dreamwidth also let me import all my old entries and comments, which fuck I wish that existed when greatestjournal imploded. I have all my entries/comments back up in like ten places but also consider: what if I want to be able to look at the more easily??? how about that?????
