Shipping: depends. Only if you want your packages sent unless you only just want a digital image. So tell me where you're from first then I can go check how much the shipping is there.
Paypal transaction fee: There's a transaction fee for paypal (yes I know it's retarded -_-) So be sure to check how much you're suppose to send here CALCULATE. Thank you.
