Ohnoes, I missed the first bit of the episode! ....
Oh well, I'll get over it.
***
So... Parkman is kind of a bastard.
But he was always so bumbling and cute! I guess this is a good lead-in to the fact that the future is just completely ass-backwards.
***
And oh, Mohinder, you do clean up nicely.
Normally, suits do not do it for me, but better that than the horrid fashion sense he's been sporting for the whole season. (Granted, I'd rather see him in no clothes, but beggars can't be choosers.)
***
Speaking of people who are no longer bumbling and cute? Hiro!
Although, I could see Ando being dead a mile off. Somehow, I think that's the only way that Hiro would have sunk into a sullen samurai-chic.
***
And forgive me, but I had to laugh at badass!Peter.
All he needed was a pair of stylish little sunglasses to go with that long black coat, and he would've been full-on Matrix.
But then again... Keanu's hot, Milo's hot...
Mmmm, crossover pr0n...
*slaps herself*
SORRY, went off on a tangent there. On with the episode.
***
I had a moment of WTF when Nathan was talking about the fact that Candace helped him to secure the presidency. (I was sitting there thinking, 'Well, there's an out-there pairing I never would have thought of.... but then, we have Peter hooking up with Nikki, sooooooooooo'...)
And then he lifts his finger to point at Claire as she walks away, ever so Syler-ly, and I just nod in utter 'Oohhhhhhh, I see what you did thar.'
***
Speaking of Claire, let's flash-back to the diner for a moment.
For someone about to get married, she seemed awfully not-into her fiancée. At all.
Clearly, she was still harboring unrequited feelings for Peter. That is my only conclusion.
***
HRG was so sweet and adorable all of the sudden, and then he got his head blown off by no-longer-sweet-and-adorable Matt. O_O!
***
And it turns out that Mohinder actually has some badass in him after all! I mean, he obviously wasn't going to kill Hiro, but.... but... he actually took out the Haitian!
Not only does future!Mohinder dress well, but he has the cajones to kill The Man With No Name.
I was impressed.
The question that lingers in my mind, however... he had to have at least suspected that Nathan was actually Sylar. I mean, to be hoodwinked by your arch-enemy twice? FOR SHAME. I am no longer impressed.
***
And then, OH NO HIRO DIED! (I know it was only future!Hiro, but.... but.... I was sad.) but now they'll never know the right, exact place that they need to be!
***
Peter and Sylar in a fight to the death... even though neither of them can actually die now. So, the point to that fight is...................... what, exactly?
***
YAY, HIRO AND ANDO GOT BACK OKAY!!!!
I just hope that Ando doesn't do something stupid now, like getting killed by Sylar.
