Starting a new exercise plan tomorrow morning. It will consist of me waking up at 4:15 in the morning to run a couple miles and lift weights for 15 minutes for a maximum workout time of 30 minutes.I know it will be treacherous the first couple of weeks.Once my body becomes accustomed to the workout, I'm sure it will be an important part to jump start my day.
Is this really what growing up feels like?
Wanting to actually be healthy?
To quit drinking so excessively?
Following through with goals I want to accomplish?
I'm liking 2012 already. It's turning me into a more mature person.I'm shedding my old ways.
