久しぶりのＶＳ
Tonight I tried to pick up VS Arashi at 39. Which is, of course, a review of the special. SOO... I ended up decideing to go back and download the special after all. Watching it, I am back in love with this show all over again.
I cannot begin to explain in words my utter and complete love for this show. Though
Japan loves their athletes so much. And they're all such good sports about it.
I think the omake match was my favorite bit in the first half though. Nino vs. Shizuna's actress and Aiba's UTTER FAIL vs Yamapi. Also, Pi looking pretty and mature was a nice surprise. Though I'll admit that I had a flashback moment to "Ppoi!" and giggled a little.
Jun is in fine form this special, and his hair is (thank god) better than it was in december when I left off with Arashi. He's really working hard too, which is always my favorite thing to see with Jun. He and Aiba did very well in Jumping ShooterI loved watching Nino and Sho rock and goal guarding in the next round too.
Sweet! Cliff Climb as a final is wonderful. Guh... and it's Leader climbing. Unfortunately, only half of his support team is competent. But Aiba did well this time.
Second Athlete run... holy shit.
And /that's/ why they left Nino out of the first round. And left him a good team that knows how to read his needs. Damnit... I'm all twitchy....
Damn... not the best run for Nino.
Enough to probably keep them ahead of the Geinin though. Of course. Poor Geinin. They can't really win in these.
Ah shit... always Rolling Coin Tower. ...Jun and Aiba. Wait. Sho? Sho? Are you retarded? Apparently so. Ok. Matsumoto & Sakurai. Ganbare!
I do appreciate that Sho takes things seriously. He doesn't always internalize, of course, Aquarian that way but...
