Update.
Why, hello 4 am. How are you?
It is now approximately four hours before I shoule depart my house for work. I am still at the Alley Cat writing my paper for China.
See, I have this problem. In that she told us that we would get time in class to write, if we wanted it... and then gave us - get this - 15 whole minutes on Monday. So now I'm about 1/3 of the way into the paper , took a bit of a nap, and have moved to somewhere warmer. I am continuing to work through it, but I would feel totally justified in sitting down in class and finishing it. I don't even know what she plans to have us do the last day before break besides take the test that she decided was necessary to supplement the unit summary essay. >_<
Anyway, I can't get home to change for work and stuff until the busses start running at... later, so I'm here.

I got a low A on the test I thought that I'd failed. I still know I could have done better writing about Tarawa instead of Guadalcanal, but given the time issues, Im extrememly pleased with the results. I also finally swallowed my fear and talked to him about the book review today...
Me: *waiting politely for army and navy boys to finish the usual war chats* Hi... um... so, I'm still working through my book review and-
Albright: Well, get it done!
Me: So, it's still worth it to get some sort of credit if I-
Albright: Just get it done.
Me: Ok, well, that's what I needed to know. Thank you. *flees*
So yes, I'm not doomed. And this was a huge relief. Which is probably why I was not in as much of a cramming mindset to hit Long's paper with a vengance tonight. Still, I'm much better off sleep-wise than poor Chris.
It's unreal to me how close we are to Thanksgiving already. How close my JET application is to being due. How soon my graduation will be, all factors willing. Must make my Rosalia dress for that occation.
