Here is a list of the tags. I'll update the list when there are new color police.

ブラックポリス - Black (Seems to be Black Japan from RomaHeta and Prussia. It still is the Nordics but they are under the normal Nordics tag not a color one.)

ホワイトポリス - White-Normal Japan

グリーンポリス - Green- The Italies again

イエローポリス - Yellow-China

オレンジポリス-Orange- Switzerland and Belgium

They are under the normal color police tag- カラーポリス

Police Association- ポリス連合 another Police Tag

And there is Russia's Color Police- パープルポリス Purple Police or this ポリス イヴァン.

And Austria is something police. http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=10702033 but it seems they gave up on it.
