It's been a year now...
Been a year since I dislocated my left knee.
been a long struggle physicaly and mentaly ( not used to taking so slow to heal ).
I am now on a wait list from 3 to 6 months to get my knee operated on.
I still can not run...but I can kinda hobble/jog for a bit...LOL!
Not going to fight in Coronet this year since my knee is not 100% even though it is killing me not to fight in it...probably not even going to fight in Squires either if it is raining and the ground it wet...
sigh...I hate getting old...it sucks!
but one day I can fight agian full force...one day...
