(mostly) Back
Hello f-list! -relieved sigh-
I'm mostly back now. A LOT has happened since I went on hiatus, and I really miss LJ. :( Plus, the posting page looks different. I'll have to get used to that.
Some new things in my life:
-I left the university I was at! I was too unhappy there. I'm currently going part-time to community college and my stress level and depression are much more manageable. Plus I have an awesome history professor.
-I signed up for perverse_bang! This will be my first fest where I'm writing... and my first ultra-porny piece. This will be fun. >D
-I'm doing art for another fest right now... well, "doing" isn't the right term. I haven't started yet and it's due in a few weeks. Sooo I should really start ASAP.
-I applied to a job at Michaels. \o/ Fingers crossed for my first "real" job.
-My ex girlfriend/best friend for 7 years broke off all contact with me a couple months ago. It was really hard. But then I ran into her at college the other day and she was talking to me. Wtf?
-I'm feeling a lot healthier brain-wise than I have in a long time! I've also been getting into things I used to love but haven't spent time doing in forever, such as reading, video games, and... READING FIC.
-I had a birthday. ;D
How have you all been recently? Any exciting news over the past couple months? What's the weather like where you are? It's weirdly warm here in MD, even though just a few states north of here there are huge blizzards.
