Prom, the Single Life, End of High School
Things that have been happening:
So I broke up with my girlfriend of 4 1/2 years. We're still good friends. Things were just NOT working out at all. I've had a few crying moments, but I'm doing well.
High school is over in TWO WEEKS. I just. I can't. I. YAY.
So I went to prom last night. Prom is SO not my thing--I'm a complete introvert, never been to a school dance, hate crowds, dislike popular music.
I was just going to go for an hour just to have the fun of dressing up and to be able to say I did it. There was dinner at a friend's house beforehand, then all 12 of us went in the limo. :o Prom totally SUCKED though, I was really ready to go after the hour. :P
Like at first I was all smiley but as time went on my smiles became more and more strained. I didn't dance either (DEFINITELY not my thing) so I sat at a table with a few friends, not even talking much cause I was still depressed over the break up.
All in all though I'm glad I got the experience (100 EXP?)
And dressing up was fun. I got to take my AP Euro exam after I got my hair done.
