A lot of our friends have posted this already, but I figure it bears repeating.
From
here: A kitten in Albany, NY, was almost crushed to death and left in a plastic bag in a dumpster. She survived and is currently being cared for by
Orange Street Cats, a local cat rescue organization, but has four broken ribs and a lot of internal injuries, so they need donations to help pay for her medical bills. You can see updates on her progress at their Facebook page
here-- her name is Tabitha-- and her condition has improved a lot over the past day, but she's still fighting and still needs a lot of care and careful monitoring. You can make a donation at the main Orange Street Cats website; they have her currently highlighted on the front page.
If you can even just spare a little bit of money, that would still help. Thanks very much.
