I have had a couple good workout. Swimming, Benching, Pulldowns, Curls, and the exercise bike, then the hottub. I have managed to release a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck.
Diet has been horrible. I have tried to eat less to make up for it. Lots of walking, at least 45 minutes a day, has helped a bit. Downtown Boston is small and you can walk most anywhere.
