While I have added a few carbs this past two weeks, I am making sure they are quality [ mostly ; ) ] . After Crown I will buckle down again to drop another five pounds or so of body fat .
So far this week I have been taking it real easy, mostly stretching, light yoga and walks. Today will be the same. Thursday will be an actual workout but still on the light side. Friday I will do a bit more. All of this building for Saturday. While most of this game is mental, why not be as physically peeked as possible.
I am in a good place physically and mentally for this weekend ... I wish it would hurry up and get here.
