Insomnia

For the past few months I haven't been able to sleep...like at all.  I maybe take mini naps during the day, between classes, and then stay up all night til around 6-7 in the morning.  It's a good thing I scheduled my classes for mid-morning/afternoon or I wouldn't be able to function :(  Hopefully it gets better...

Is there a way for you to push through against the naps and see if that helps you sleep? Sometimes i get into these weird napping patterns and then it takes a long time to recreate a night time sleeping pattern.

I think Monday has a good point about pushing though the naps. It's almost like you have to force your body for a few days to try and get back on a better schedule or it becomes this continual loop.

I really hope things get better soon though. *hugs*
