Note to self
1.) Pre-declare the type of argument I'm making, i.e.:
int Functional argument;
void Ideological argument;
etc....
2.) Do not use the words "health insurance" and "health care" in ways that might allow them to intermingle. Risk versus the actual mitigation of that risk are totally different.
(Please note that the argument of type "Functional" returns an integer, whereas the Ideological argument does not. This was intentional.)
