Ok, having totally failed to deliver my Special Delivery parcel on Wednesdy I made an official complaint with the Royal Mail. They promised me a full refund and guaranteed that I'd have it by Friday 1pm. STILL no parcel...
I phoned up customer services again, they're like "sorry, we have no record of your complaint, its still in the depot." I am not very pleased by this. He promised it'd be re-delivered by 1pm on Monday and said that they couldn't give me a refund. I started being rather unhappy with the guy on the other end of the phone, asked for his name then demanded to speak to his manager. #line goes quiet for 30 seconds#
Finally I speak to someone who actually apoligises for them being totally shite and organises a business delivery for tomorrow morning, along with a refund. How the hell does the Post Office think they're going to compete with any other delivery company when it takes the best part of a week to deliver a 24 hour parcel!!
