Hold to the last

How long can I hold I wounder .....Down to the last ....the last what? strip of land, last thought, last nerve, last tear, last min. sec. hour I don't know how long i can last before i just melt down ..........goddess help me before I break .......I should not be here in this life. everything is messed up and broken..............but I hold on anyways.
