Sunday, so far.
So I've walked, done affirmations, left a message for S and wrote the long list of expenses, regular and random both. The good news is that I've got it covered with what I have in the bank right now. And I still have a balance in PayPal and the $60 that M gave me for niece-watching Thurs and Fri. Well, really, there is no bad news for this. Except that I hope I've not forgotten anything. And nothing else pops up with a hand out. Still, if you owe me money, now would be a really great time to pay me. :)
I've also made a couple decisions last night when waiting for sleep to arrive. Usually making decisions when I'm exhausted doesn't go well but even awake, these sound like reasonable ideas to me. The first is that as soon as I'm done with my nanny duties, I'm going to start temping. This month is covered, now I start to worry about making next month's bills. I will also be going with an agency that offers health insurance so my mother will stop flipping out about that. I'm kind of thinking Office Team but I'm open to suggestion. Note: my skills are top-notch, I learn all quick like bunny and I'm brilliant. :) Also, really need to call about the pet-sitting. *has slacked, hopefully not too long* Temping will also allow me to have the flexibility to schedule "real" job interviews and oh yes, launch my business. :P
The next thing is that I'm going to talk to the Bank of Baby Brother to see if he'll pay for my periodontal work. I can't stop thinking about it. And I don't know when I'll have the money for it or if any insurance will cover it but BBB has the best interest rates ever and is normally pretty generous with me. :) And so long as I start temping at $13/hr or better, I'll be able to pay my bills and start repaying BBB straight away.
So with the massive sale of all my stuff - we're talking, BareEscentuals, BPAL, TAL, CDs, Tarot and tarot-ish decks, LifeDrive, Coach bag- if I invade the closet in my bedroom and hack into my trunk (which is still in the cardboard box that it was shipped back from TX in), I'll be able to add cross stitch kits (some works in progress, some brand new) and another Coach bag. Hmm, and probably some books. And magazines. The stuff in my bedroom will take awhile to both get to and sort and will be a PITA due to the cats so... do I put up what easily available now for sale and have a second sale when I can get to the other stuff, or wait until I can get the other stuff and make one giant sale?
