(no subject)
just got in from HobbyLobby/PetsMart. Technically, I was out getting cat/kitten food. But then I remembered that HL is right near PetsMart so I went in to see if I could replace the floating candle bowl that J's mom got me for the holidays (it broke en route to our apt). They had all these balls at HL, some decorated with glass, some wood, some metal, some cheap plastic shell whatever and some, some were marble. What are marble spheres good for, besides looking pretty? Cold stone massage! :) With some hunting (there were multiple displays of them plus some were used for accents in other displays and there was no logic to any of it!), I found 3 8cm ones and 5 10cm ones. I ended up with a pair in each size but my goodness, they had some lovely balls. Some were the size of the average human adult head. All colors, most were swirly. Pretty, pretty. Oh and I did find a vase, on sale, no less. Plus the cat food was on sale and the toys I couldn't resist buying were reduced for clearence.
In other news, J's sister is coming over tomorrow to meet the babies. While I'll be (mostly) glad to see her (still a bit bitter about WoW), I'm freaking out about the state of the apt. There's a reason that only people I know love me have been here. I do not like how messy it is. And I can't seem to keep it clean for the life of me. So I'll be in cleaning panic mode all day tomorrow.
Sleep is still super messed up. The day I stayed up to reset my schedule? Yeah, that went fine, only the next day, I wasn't tired. At. All. Ever. So I went to bed at 5am. WTH is wrong with my body? Really, super need to get on a schedule.
In good news, I am going dancing with stilcookiedough on Saturday! We've only wanted to go dancing for months. And now we are. And it's going to be boy-free so no random drunk guys trying to feel me up! With any luck, funnygirlkawaii will be able to join us as well. Woo! Yay for lesbian benefits!
In misc news, I have books for sale in austinforsale. I'll ship for cheap in the US, at cost internationally. Also, if there's anything you know I own and you want it... make me an offer. seriously. Exceptions are Sue Ellen (car), Roxy (massage table) and my necessary massage gear. Oh and you can't have the kittens either. :P
