It has been a week!

In true Suzume fashion, I had "call-in" jury duty (I think there's only been one time I had this and didn't have to go in). So, of course, I got called while my dad's car is in the shop. I couldn't get the Uber app to load on my phone, therefore I went with Lyft. The lady who drove me was rather unpleasant, but mostly we didn't converse. At the Santa Ana court house, I arrived early and just sat outside with some other people. Went through the security check- no big deal- and scanned myself in. Everything's getting pretty tech'ed up these days, huh? There was a much smaller number of people there, but I still wore my black cat face mask. My group (well, the group I was randomly called for), got Judge Larry Yellin. (It seemed like such an Ace Attorney type name) He was nice and funny. I didn't even get as far as the jury box before being let out! Yay for one day of jury duty counting for a year's worth of service!
(and, wow, has that cafeteria improved over the years- I was able to get a BLT made for me~)

I had a telehealth appointment on Tuesday morning that was like, 10 minutes of talking to the doctor versus half an hour of waiting. But it still beats going down to the Laguna office!

Then, because I couldn't get my MRI re-scheduled to UCI, I had to go down to Crown Valley Imaging. I always worry when it's not UCI because no one else is authorized to access my port...But! Fiorella was very nice and gave my the first portion of the MRI before even trying to poke me. She couldn't manage it after two pokes, so she called on her colleague Derek. ~Ahh, stars in my eyes!~ One poke and we're good to go! Thank you, Derek, and Fiorella for being able to know she couldn't do it on her own!
