I love a deal.

I'd been thinking about picking up Theatrhythm Final Fantasy for a little while, but after wanting a sort of easy-going handheld game to play in the evening (on these various nights when I don't manage any writing in particular), I figured I would finally go out and buy it.

Well, I picked the right time to do it, that's for sure. I expected the game to cost $39.99 and I had a significant amount of trade-in credit that I'd been holding onto for months (I could no longer remember exactly how much) so could count on knocking at least $15 off the price, but when I showed up in the store, the game had a sale sticker on it, bringing it down to $29. "Oh, you found the secret sale," laughed the cashier. The game had been on sale for a while, but wasn't actually supposed to be on sale anymore- he'd just forgotten to take the sticker off, but I still got the sale price. ...And at that price, with the amount of store credit I had, I ended up paying a total of $3.04 for the game.

Lucky, lucky, lucky~! (Man, this would have been an actual good use for my old "feeling lucky!" icon - if anyone actually remembers that icon and can tell me what character it showed, or even what game he was from (it's a PS2 game...he's Russian...), well, first I'll be surprised, but then I'll draw you something!)

I hope to finish my reverse big bang art tonight (I'd better finish it tonight- I won't play my game before that!).

Also, Alejandro, I'm going to draw you a Halloween picture!
