Ok so let me get this straight, 2 time convicted DWI "Big Time" Dick Cheney had only "one beer" at lunch before shooting his hunting companion in the face and chest embedding bird shot into the chest cavity near the heart and waits a convenient alcohol metabolizing 14-20 hours before having a scheduled interview with the local police. This is after turning away a deputy who arrived on the scene in a timely manner. Oh yeah and his hunting companions were single blond women who he was spending the weekend before valentines day with far from his wife. This was going on while Scooter Libby Cheney's minion (chief of staff?) was claiming that his "superiors" gave him permission to leak the classified information about an undercover CIA agent.
"Restoring Honor and Integrity to the White House" W. Bush volunteers the lie that wire taps he was doing were getting court orders and then when confronted with the evidence admits that he was breaking the law and subverting the constitution and that he wasn't going to stop. This besides torture, indefinite detentions with out trial and lying the US into war etc.
Ok. So I know the fisa law and I have a rough idea about reckless endangerment. I also know in the bill of rights there is stuff on due process and detainment with out trial. Could someone point me to the bit about where blow jobs being terrible part comes in the whole thing? I know it must be super important somewhere really big that I missed. Is there a 0th amendment or something about oral sex as highest crime and other stuff not being so bad? I'm like confused.
