No sleep yet again...
This is getting retarded.
For the last month ( 7/17 - 8/17 ) I have only had about 3 nights where I sleep worth a damn. Its gotten worse since last week. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm not sure I want to take sleeping pills, either OTC or by prescription. Its not that I'm afraid if getting hooked or anything, its just I don't want any more pills.
I already have Tylenol 3 ( w/codine ) and the generic Xanax. Both which cause drowsiness and both are to only be used properly.
Its beginning to piss me off. I wake up even more tired than when I went to bed. I took a nap with my son, for like 3.5 hours today. I feel pretty good but I'm worried that I won't get sleep tonight and I really want to sleep when I'm supposed to.
Anybody got any home remedy ideas for me to use to make sure I get my sleep?? I really need to know... :-(
