My MP3 player bit the fucking dust after only 6 freaking months... * head desk * But good news is I emailed the techies at support.zen.com and I'm hoping to hear from them.
Here are the problems:
No icon showing its charging, just a black screen
LED light shows its charging but stops after a few minutes
Syn manager and PC doesn't recognize that is plugged up even though it is.
Only its going to take 24 hours for them to respond according to "form letter" email. * head desk x20 *
