Ouch, pain... my neck hurts, my back hurts, my leg hurts... now my arms are hurting. Being a painter's helper takes some serious stamina. Especially when you're an industrial painter... on ships...
But it's okay. I'm making "mo' moneh"! We finally started painting today. FINALLY! As my supervisor said: "It's always the prep work is the hardest and most repetitive part." He couldn't be any more right. Sanding and grinding rust, vaccumming and wiping... GTFO, PREP WORK!
I must say, this job puts a lot of strain on my body. Though maybe that'll help me exercise different areas of my body. Speaking of which...
Since the 26th of September, starting at 250, I have officially dropped to 215lbs... 35 POUNDS FOR THE FUCKIN' WIN, MAN!
Metallica is playing in New Orleans tomorrow night. I didn't have the money to get the tickets when they were available, and now that I have the money, I can't get them. Just my luck. I really wanted to go, too ;___________________; ... Perhaps another time, though.
Well, I'm gonna go rest up for tomorrow. Work will be done, according to big boss man, December 31. I'm still waiting on a letter from Faulkner. Wish me luck on getting in.
