1. In further tales of Ian's Strange and Misspent youth: So Ian was Precocious Child as early as the age of five. His first experience with ghostly phenomenon started when he was six. He had by then in fact flushed away and committed to the toliet three (and half) goldfish, a small gator, and turtles.

(He stopped when the ghosts of tiny turtle no 1 and 2 appeared to him in dream, and explained they were feeling very vengeful.)

2. Ever since Ian's mother (She was catholic, too, the poor dear) had that Incident in the supermarket, she always worried about the state of hi masculinity. She had only turned her back just one second just one second, only to find her baby boy with a tube of revolon lipstick in hand, tube unscrewed, its luridly pink contents smeared around his mouth and all the while happily munching away.

As a result she was totally unsurprised when teenaged Ian started dressing in drag.

3. Sometimes when Ian is selling flowers at Pike Place and he grows tired of shouting the same sales-routine over and over, he'll sing it instead. In his mind his musical talents are wasted on the Seattle populace. He believes in his heart he could have been an opera singer.

However many customers have the affontery to disagree with him.

4. The one food thing he can make better than his dearest, dearest 'Za are sandwiches. He is fabulous at making sandwiches. Club, Pepper and chips with mustard on rye!
