Walking arounddd in my footsteps~
The new Rie fu album TRIED to make mush of my brain yesterday, but it's a sad fact that my brain was already mush ever since I started rping with Xandra.
So here's the plan. Xandra and I are still writing the RP (that never dies <3) called "Oasis." It's about a specialty shop/boarding house in the middle of a wasteland. More specifically about its owner, the fast-talking, antique-collecting not-so-normal Ogensa Shou, and his assistant and oldest boarder, the blind and cynical Kiriyan Rouendan. Brainchild of said Xandra, me and toriko ame. Throw us into closet chatroom one day when we're bored out of our wits, and you get this crazy not-there-yet-Shonen ai. In the middle of a desert.
Eventually, there will be a website. We hope. But in the meantime, we want to give everyone a taste of Oasis. We want to tease you with drabbles, and introduce you to some of the main characters. And so, the drabble meme.
Here's how it works. Each of us takes half the alphabet and presents it to you, like so!

Comment below with at least one letter, then a word or character name. (Once that letter is chosen, we strike it out and it can't be used again) Using the name and word, we will write an Oasis drabble for your amusement. ^^ You can pick up to three letters at a time, until they're all gone.
Here's an example. Say you the letter choose A, and pick Apple. One of us would have to write a drabble concerning an apple. Er, but do try to be more creative than that. Show us what you've got! ^^
Ogensa Shou: Age (unknown, looks to be in early forties)Proprietor, collector, business man and generally strange person. He runs the general store/cafe/antique shop/boarding house called the Oasis. Shou may be an eccentric, but at heart he's a good person. We think. Tends to ramble, and overlook the bigger picture for sake of the smaller details. In word - smart when he wants to be, otherwise mooches around bugging people. It's been years since he's been outside. Aside from the ususual oddities of his character, there's something funny about him, not that anyone has a clue what. He's addicted to green tea, and insists everyone else should be as well.
Kiriyan Rouendan: Accountant, supervisor and counter balance to Shou, age twenty-five. Having come to the Oasis a few years ago (though he can't remember the exact day), Kiriyan helps Shou run shop, and keeps him on his toes. Blind since birth, Kir is bitter and seems very cold, but is at heart a very sweet person. He suffers visions of the future at random, sometimes these visions are clear, other times opaque. Also, he has a habit of becoming physically violent when angered. (His guide cane is his weapon!) He drinks black coffee in the desert. Hates green tea.
Amaya: Age twenty something. Shy, quiet and entirely too polite, Amaya popped up in the Oasis most recently and is one of the newer guests, and not much is known about her. She doesn't like anyone to touch her hands (she wears gloves), and is always first to apologize. Still, she likes to help, and even tries to play balance between Kir and Shou, to keep them both sane and still friends. (Men can be so difficult lesigh.)
Ashkii and Nashani Shiriki: Age unknown, appear to be in early thirties, late twenties. The newest arrivals to the Oasis, this newly married couple seems a little off. As with Shou, no one knows what to make of them. They don't act entirely devoted to each other, and are just too friendly. Nashani has expressed an interest in Shou, and her male counterpart tends to make eyes at the oblivious Kiriyan. Small and compact, Nashani tends to do the talking, while the narrow and towering Ashkii stands by, adding his two cents when they apply. One thing is for certain: they are up to something. Nashani has a smile-complex and Ashkii has questionable preferences.
First half of the alphabet in mine. ^^ See Xandras_coffee's lj for the other half: 'Oasis N-Z.' Go on now, and bug her nicely for drabbles. Because everyone knows X, Z and Q are coolest letters of the alphabet.

- Seen V for Vendetta. Am also proud owner of the comic as of last week. (See? I support original art!) Was appropriately awed by the film's snark script, the British cast and exploding buildings.
- 90 on this week's english history test. Yay!

- The Ten Page Final draft of paper for technical writing
- Photography. Must figure out a way to photograph self portrait for class. Possible idea: Hide self behind stack of books, showing only forehead.
- Oh, Summer vacation seems so far away.
- Registration for next semester starts Apr 25th
