This meme is all over the place, so I succumbed and did it.
(1) List 16 celebrities you would have sex with without even asking questions.
(2) Put all of them in order of your lust for them.
(3) Say which movie/show/thing it was that hooked you.
(4) Supply photos
My 'order of lust' tends to change daily, so this is a very tenuous list...
16: Jewel Staite
Hook: Firefly
Just look at her! She's so adorable, I fell in love with her right from the beginning of Firefly...back when I didn't even know I had homosexual tendencies. I don't normally go for the cute type, but after hearing the story of her and Nathan Fillion's 'flip the bird' competition, I know she is 100% my type!
15: Sean Lock
Hook: 8 Out of 10 Cats
He can take ANY ridiculous subject, spin a story out of it, and be consistently hilarious. Case in point: the time machine made of herring. He can also be unapologetically cynical and get away with it, which I really admire.
14: Ian Gomez
Hook: The Norm Show
I...really can't explain this one. I love how quickly he can change emotions; he can be ecstatically bouncing around, and a heartbeat later he can look utterly depressed. And for a guy who's not exactly slight, he sure can move! I don't know, he just makes my heart jump every time I see him ^_^
13: Ed Byrne
Hook: Stand up
Okay, I'm going to be totally shallow here - of course I like his humour and his style and his personality, blah blah blah. But it's the accent that makes me melt. Mmm...
Also, sorry long-haired!Byrne fans, but I much prefer his hair as it is now, shorter with a little shag to it. And I also prefer his new glasses, which I would have included in the picture but I could not resist that look!
12: David Spade
Hook: Just Shoot Me
I don't like him so much as he is now - he's gone a little too far in the Hollywood direction - but his early work is some of my all-time favourite stuff. Obviously his stint as Dennis Finch is my favourite...actually, while I'm on that topic, do any other Just Shoot Me viewers think there is real slash potential in the Finch/Elliot dynamic? They just seem to get each other, don't they?
Anyway...yeah, he is a lovely person, although maybe a little screwed up but when you take into account his pesonal history, you can forgive him for that.
11: Chris Barrie
Hook: Red Dwarf
Usually higher up, but Red Dwarf his been a fairly neglected fandom recently. It was so long ago that I first fell for him, that I can't quite remember why I did. He's just what I'm looking for in a partner, really - funny, sexy, charming, athletic, gorgeous voice.
I also think Rimmer is the most interesting character on RD, they did a really good job of developing his history to explain why he is the way that he is.
10: Chris O'Dowd
Hook: The IT Crowd
Like Ed Byrne, the accent really does help his cause, but he also has the most adorable smile, really sweet eyes, and is just plain sexy. In my opinion, he is rather underrated on The IT Crowd.
The Roy/Moss slash kiss didn't hurt, either ;)
9: Lisa Kudrow
Hook: Friends
Effortlessly beautiful, funny, intelligent, and she has the most amazing laugh I've ever heard! In every role I've seen her in, she brings a lovely, quirky humour to the part which I could never get bored with. Pheobe is by far my favourite character on Friends, and, again, the one I could never get bored of - all the other characters, no matter how good they are, can get a bit stale, but Lisa is just so quirky and unpredictable it's hard for me to lose interest in her.
8: Stephen Merchant
Hook: Extras
I can't imagine anyone else playing Darren as well as Steve did! As you have probably noticed, I have a thing for accents, and the Bristolian one is a weird one but I still like it a lot! He has an awesome taste in music, and, like Sean Lock, he can take any subject and run with it for ages without losing any humour.
I can look past the astigmatism, the weak bladder and the clumsiness...because, quite frankly, I have all that, too. Besides, he is the undisputed King of Anecdotes. And there's nothing I like more than a good story told by a good storyteller.
7: Alexander Armstrong
Hook: Best of the Worst
That picture is YUM.
Anyway.
He's just a gorgeous creature, VERY sexy voice, and, of course, extremely funny. Definitely my favourite guest host on HIGNFY, and if they ever do decide to settle for one host, I would hope they'd choose him.
6: Yeardley Smith
Hook: The Simpsons
Not many people understand my attraction to Yeardley. In all honesty, neither do I. She just seems naturally loveable to me. I guess it's the voice that puts most people off, but I think her voice is rather lovely.
Lisa is my second favourite character on The Simpsons, and I'm sure Yeardley is a big reason why. She seems very devoted to the character and is very loving and protective of her - I love it when actors feel an emotional connection with their characters, because you're guaranteed the best performance they can possibly give.
Nancy Cartwright would be on this list for her versatility, her portrayal of my favourite Simpsons character, and her sheer adorableness...if it wasn't for the fact that she's a Scientologist. I just can't support that in any way, sorry Nancy!
5: Michael McIntyre
Hook: Live at the Apollo
I've never seen anyone so neatly fit their appearance - he looks like a giggly schoolboy, and he acts like a giggly schoolboy. He's a little too 'cute' for him to be much higher up my list, but his persona is such that it's hard not to like him. And he wasn't thrown at all by my shoelace question last year, you've got to admire that!
4: Craig Ferguson
Hook:The Late, Late Show
It's accent time again!
Okay, technically I first started showing interest in him on the Drew Carey Show, but it was seeing him on his chat show that pushed me over the edge - specifically the clip where his computer 'crashed' (the screensaver came on).
He has a natural charisma, and it seems like he was born on a stage. He can make an instant connection with the audience, and throw jokes around like he doesn't even care. Plus...LOOK at the guy! If he is not the dictionary definition of 'rugged', then no one is!
3: Jonathan Mangum
Hook: Green Screen Show
He's such an adorable little teddy bear of a man! He wouldn't be this high up on my list if he didn't have such a sick sense of humour. Just go to his blog, you'll see what I'm talking about...
He has possibly the nicest smile I've ever seen. And he once threatened to kill me! SQUEE! ^___^
2: Diedrich Bader
Hook: The Drew Carey Show
I am so in love with Diedrich Bader right now, it is unreal. He has such a yummy voice, I watched Surf's Up purely to hear it - dear God, that trophy montage nearly had me on the floor. He fits the profile it takes for me to fancy him: funny, sexy, charming etc.
Just how many teeth can one man have..?
1: Brad Sherwood
Hook: Whose Line is it Anyway?
Well, duh.
I'm not even going to bother putting why I like him. You all knew it was coming, you all know why, you all know!
Besides, my keyboard is already covered in drool, I'm afraid it will short-circuit.
